Terms of Service

The service
N1 contract provides a construction intelligence and smart infrastructure platform. Access is granted to organizations and to the individual users those organizations invite.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account details and for actions taken under your account. Organization administrators control membership and role assignment.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to upload unlawful content, to attempt access to another organization's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Customer data
Your organization retains ownership of the project, document and asset data it enters. We process it only to operate the service.
Approvals and records
Approvals recorded in the platform, including handover acceptance, are application records of a decision. They are not certified electronic signatures unless a certified provider is configured.
Availability and changes
Features are delivered in phases. Capabilities that depend on an external provider are available only once that provider is configured by your organization.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these draft terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
