Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the contact and demo request forms (name, email address, company, role, project type and message), and the account and project information entered into the platform by users of your organization.
How we use information
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request. Platform data is processed to provide the service to your organization: authentication, project records, documents, assets and related workflows.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules. Documents are held in private storage and reached only through short-lived authorized links. Access is limited to the organization the record belongs to.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers used to operate the service, and where required by applicable law.
Retention
Enquiry submissions are retained while they remain relevant to the conversation. Organization data is retained for the life of the account unless deletion is requested.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to sa@n1contract.net.
